By submitting your application for the Black Luxe Expo, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth for exhibitors. This encompasses operating hours, allowed merchandise, and onsite services. Your payment of the application fee signifies a legally binding contract with Black Luxe & Co, under the Exhibitor Agreement and Rules and Regulations.

⚠️ Attention Multi-Level Marketing Companies: If you represent a multi-level marketing company, such as Herbalife, Mary Kay, doTerra, Avon, etc., BEFORE applying please email info@blackluxeexpo.com to verify availability. Please be advised that applying without prior confirmation will incur a $25 processing fee.  

Application Process

Equipment and Space

  • Tables, chairs, or tents will NOT be provided.

  • Each exhibitor is allocated a 10 x 10 space.

  • Should you require more space, an additional booth space must be purchased.

Tent Requirements:

  • Tents are REQUIRED!

Payment and Registration

  • Options for payment plans, like Afterpay, allow splitting the cost into four payments.

  • Promotional discounts and varying exhibitor fee opportunities may be available randomly.

  • Prices are subject to change.

Refund Policy

  • All transactions are final and non-negotiable.

  • Verify availability for the event date; inability to attend does not warrant a refund.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • The expo will proceed regardless of weather conditions. (Rain or Shine)
