We are currently accepting food vendor/truck applications. Please read the information below, before submitting your application.

General Food Truck Information:

To showcase your food truck at the Black Luxe Expo, please complete the required application. Ensuring a varied culinary offering and avoiding duplication of menu items are essential, so please supply all the required information. The method for selecting food vendors has been updated to support the expo's expansion and to broaden the range of food options available to attendees.

Food Truck Requirements

  • You will be provided with approximately a 20x20 space

  • Food trucks must be self-contained.

  • Silent generators are required.

  • Current permits and licenses are in good standing with local city/country/state standards.

  • Food trucks must be capable of operating entirely without water access, as water will not be provided.

Application Process

  • A non-refundable fee of $20 is required to submit your application.

  • If your application is approved, the $20 non-refundable application fee will be credited towards your total vendor fee.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your application has been submitted.

  • Submitting this application does not automatically secure your participation.

  • Food Truck Fee is $275

Approval & Payment Process

  • Applicants will receive status updates starting June 2024

  • Approval notifications will be sent via email, including a link to pay the fee.

  • Approved vendors have 48 hours to complete their application and make the payment, or they risk losing their approval status.

  • Extensions for fee payment can be requested.

  • Applicants not selected will be informed, with reasons for the decision provided.

Required Documentation

  • Health inspection score.

  • Department of Agriculture Permit.

  • Potential requirement for a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit.

  • Photos of menu and food items.

Refund Policy

  • All transactions are final and non-negotiable.

  • Should adverse conditions cause event cancellation, fees will be transferred to a future event date.

  • Verify availability for the event date; inability to attend does not warrant a refund.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • The expo will proceed regardless of weather conditions. (Rain or Shine)
