Acceptable VIP Bag Items:
Branded Tech/Phone Accessories, Business Cards, Branded Stationery, T-shirts, Sunglasses, Product Samples, Cups Water Bottles, Non-perishable Food Items, Hand Sanitizer, Toiletry Items, Flyers, Brochures, Gift Cards, Discount Codes, etc.
VIP BAG TERMS:
Items received after this date will not be included. unless it's been coordinated and approved beforehand.
We will not accept items on the day of the expo unless it's been coordinated and approved beforehand.
Our staff will fulfill, manage, and distribute bags to event attendees.
Minimum Quantity: 200 items

Businesses will be responsible for paying all packaging and shipping fees.
Black Luxe & Co. is not responsible for damaged products and will not refund or reimburse fees associated with damages, shipping, and/or packaging fees.
