  • The Expo is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, updates regarding delays, cancellations, or other changes will be communicated through our website and social media channels.

  • Attendees can look forward to a rich array of booths offering everything from unique handmade goods, and local food specialties, to interactive exhibits. There will also be live performances, and activities suitable for all ages.

  • Vendors accept both cash and card. Please be prepared to pay with multiple options.

  • Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times and required to clean up after your pet.

  • Absolutely! We are committed to being accessible to all attendees. Accessible restrooms and designated parking areas are available. Please visit our website or contact us directly for specific accessibility inquiries or accommodations.

  • The safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and staff is a top priority. Security personnel will be on-site throughout the event, and first aid stations will be available. Attendees are encouraged to keep personal belongings secure and report any suspicious activity to event staff.

  • Yes! Please bring lawn chairs to enjoy the view and entertainment.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a water bottle, cash or cards for purchases, and a lawn chair for your comfort during performances or rest periods. While many vendors may accept card payments, having cash on hand can be useful for smaller transactions.

  • Guests can NOT bring coolers, set up tents, or glass bottles.

  • Interested businesses can apply to become exhibitors by filling out an application form online. See links below.

    Exhibitor Application

  • Exhibitors must pay the booth fee in full by the specified deadline. Payment can be made through the online portal, with flexible payment options.

    Cash payments are not accepted.

    All exhibitor fees are non-refundable.

  • Exhibitors must provide all necessary equipment for their booth, including tables, chairs, and tents.

    While tents are not mandatory, they are highly recommended to protect against weather conditions.

  • Yes, exhibitors can sell food and beverages and comply with local health and safety regulations.

    Necessary permits must be obtained in advance, and exhibitors must ensure their operation meets all health standards.

  • The Expo will proceed rain or shine. Vendors are highly encouraged to bring a tent!

    In case of severe weather conditions, the event may be delayed, canceled, or moved to an alternative date or location, if feasible.

    No refunds will be given, but efforts will be made to accommodate exhibitors at a rescheduled event.

  • Exhibitors in violation of the Expo's terms, including selling counterfeit goods or failing to comply with health and safety standards, will be subject to immediate expulsion without refund. The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation in future events.
